Who We Are:

The Vermeer Charitable Foundation (VCF) is made up of a designated number of Vermeer Corporation family shareholders to serve as a Board of Directors.  Each director is selected by its family branch from the Vermeer Ownership tree, rotating with other family members as each branch determines.

Current Office holders for VCF are:
  • Mary Andringa - President
  • Tricia Vermeer - Executive Director
  • Mindi Vanden Bosch - Treasurer

Election of officers is held at the annual meeting by the Board of Directors.

The VCF Board of Directors meets formally three times per year to make decisions on major grant requests.  The dates of those meetings are determined annually.

How We Help:

We provide assistance for projects that:

  • Promote the quality of life for Vermeer team members and their communities.
  • Inspire Vermeer team members to use their skills and resources for good as well.
  • Promote a culture of giving across the entire Vermeer network.

"This most generous God who gives seed to the farmer that becomes bread for your meals is more than extravagant with you.  He gives you something you can then give away, which grows into full-formed lives, robust in God, wealthy in every way, so that you can be generous in every way, producing with us great preaise to God."   2 Corinthians 9:10-11  The Message
